Comfortable and Convenient Stay
Ms. Ronnie was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is quiet and conducive to good rest, with blackout curtains in the room. The kitchen is very functional, and the shared laundry space is clean. The neighbors were friendly, and the surrounding neighborhood felt communal and safe during my stay. The apartment is located approximately 10-12 minutes from Prima CARE Medical Center and Saint Anne's Hospital and includes a designated parking space behind the building. Overall, I had a very good stay. Thank you, Ms. Ronnie.
Cozy
This place is really cozy and quiet. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Ronnie is very nice and very helpful. I did not have a problem with anything.
Not bad but not Great
Not a bad spot to crash and has all the basics you'll need. Beware of the additional charges. For starters, the unit was initially offered @ 1700 then the rate changed after the landlord saw a bank statement as proof of income before I could provide a pay stub. I was desperate and as the rate was non negotiable, I took it. If you have additional guests for more than 10 days you'll be charged, even though there are two rooms in the unit. Cheaper than other units in the area but you get what you pay for. Also, if your 6' or taller, watch out in the kitchen. The corners of the cabinets hurt like he'll to catch your head on and they're hard to avoid. Easy commute to local hospitals and that Mac's Diner up the road is great.
Nice apartment
I stayed here and worked at Rhode Island Hospital, 25 min commute. The apartment was nice, quiet for mid or night shift workers. Ronnie was available if I had questions or concerns.
Awesome place and very helpful landlord

Home Away From Home
Great neighbors that were friendly and quiet, spacious place to call home away from home!
Nice place
Great place in a cool area
Amazing Apartment!!
Absolutely wonderful apartment in Fall River. The apartment is super cozy and very quiet!! Perfect for travel nurses. The location is safe and super close to hospitals in the area. I worked in Providence and the drive was only 20-25 minutes. The landlord does not allow any smoking on the premises, which I appreciate since other places I have stayed at allowed smoking. There is a washer/dryer in the basement so you dont have to go the laundromat. Lastly, the landlord is awesome and very quick with dealing with any issue you may have. I didnt really have any issues staying here but if you need anything she will respond quickly. I loved staying here and will hopefully return when I come back next spring!!
A great place!
its a nice place and apartment. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood is great and quiet. i would have loved to stay longer. Five stars
Great apartment!
First of all, the landlord R is awesome! She is very accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment is cozy but comfortable. Everything is in new and working order. Though I did not have much interaction with the neighbors, they were friendly when I did see them. Very quiet building. The parking lot is convenient. Overall, a great place to stay for a temporary assignment!
Travel Nurse

Worse Rental Experience!
RENTERS BEWARE!! READ YOUR ENTIRE LEASE BEFORE SIGNING IT!! This place wasn't clean when I moved in, so I had to clean it myself. I also cleaned it before I moved out. The "landlady" was very eager to enter my place when I wasn't home (she entered once without my permission). There were issues with power outages, broken washer/dryer, and the thermostat (it was often very cold in the apartment). About ten days before the rent was due, she'd ask if I was staying. She'd ask me to leave the rent on the counter so that she could pick it up. My hubby and son came from out of state to help me move in and she said it was fine to have guests. However, she took half of my security deposit for "Guest fee." I wouldn't recommend that you rent any of her apartments. You cannot put a price on piece of mind so I strongly recommend staying in a hotel. No one else should have to go through what I did with this "landlady." Good luck Travelers!
