Great Host, great location!

I had the pleasure of staying with Marvis when I moved to Conway for a job. He was a gracious host and let me stay month to month until I closed on my house and was able to move my family down here permanently. I am so thankful I found him on here! The location is quiet and nicely located, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Great conversation when you need someone to talk to and he gives you space when you just need to unwind after a 12 hour shift. I will always be thankful for Mr. Marvis!

Wonderful host, very respect able of privacy. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, just an overall excellent travel experience, residing here at this address. If Im ever in the area again and need housing, I would definitely come here!

Simply peaceful!

The home is in a, safe, quiet area with beautiful mature trees. The owner is a very kind peaceful person who will try everything to make you comfortable. The home was like my own. I worked nights and had no problems resting during the day. Each room had a TV with a Roku, so I was able to watch my favorite shows on Netflix and Prime.

Quiet,Comfortable, and secure

The property is situated in a mature neighborhood with long time residents. The atmosphere was very quiet,secure and calming. The owner was able to store my 10 kayak on site. Full cable and Wi-Fi access. Keyless entry and private parking. The owner was the best part. Such a nice person. Very accommodating and kind individual. The owner stays busy so I was at the house most of the time by myself. I highly recommend staying at this property. Easy commute to Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet.
