Warm and Friendly Space in SC

It has been a wonderful experience renting this space from T and E. They are both exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and their pets are also friendly, well behaved and mannered. The house is clean and comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and is close to anything you'd like to do, be it exploring the city of Charleston or enjoying the beach. I am blessed to have found this little part of SC, anyone who visits here will not regret it!

Best Property to rent for short term or long term contracts

Property owner is just amazing, friendly , supportive , caring & very easy to communicate with. T has two beautiful handsome dogs who welcomes you with open arm everyday. They are so cute :) They healed me during stressful time. This property is fully furnished, private bath, large & beautiful back patio space where I enjoy my evening tea every day. This is my second home. Staying at this property helped me get trhough my hard travel assignment this far. I have completed 9 weeks. 4 more weeks to go... I have zero concerns or complains. If you need to rent a property in Charleston without any doubt just book this property trust me you are going to have the best stay. T is very helpful & caring so you dont feel like staying with a stranger at all. She takes care of you just like a friend. T Thank you so much for your support & help throughout my stay. Also if you use back/internal roads instead of 526 it takes about 21 minutes to get to MUSC Hagood parking.

Comforting Home

This was absolutely the best decision I made this whole assignment! I had a very difficult nursing assignment while in Charleston, but this home was exceptionally comfortable and a great retreat. My Chihuahua was welcomed (and she quickly took advantage of the owners dogs sweet natures). If I had had a better assignment I absolutely would have extended. Great spot, close to a lot of fun, local businesses and not too far from the touristy parts of the city and some really nice beaches.

T is a gracious host with a beautiful home! I have enjoyed staying here and to top of a great location, awesome host, wonderful back yard, comfortable bed, my own bathroom, and clean living areas, is when I was missing my own pet she lets me love on hers lol! I definitely recommend this rental! Like the title says if I get to come back here for work I am hoping T can get me in!
