We stayed here for a year and had a wonderful experience. The landlord was very responsive to our questions and also kind. All the furniture and accessories to the home were good quality and made our year-long stay very convenient. Appliances also performed well and we had no issues. The dog park nearby is also great, and the park near the museum provides nice walking paths. The neighborhood is also friendly and we had no safety concerns or criminal activity. Good restaurants and boutiques within walking distance as well. Thanks again for everything!

Awsome Historical Experience!!

In my difficult circumstances, this beautiful, unusual and historical spot became a refuge and a place of calm for me. I feel honored to have a chance to experience this little, almost hidden-in-plain-sight refuge.The historical significance, and the mix of old and new inside make comfort and nostalgia melt together seamlessly! R spared no effort, time or expense to make this lovely space in Little Rock comfortable, colorful and unique. One specific piece of history is always in sight. An entire wall, upstairs and down, is a brick wall that was part of an infamous Civil War era penitentiary that was razed and eventually replaced with the State Capitol complex. You can read the details of this historical spot in the middle of downtown Little Rock. Its also important to note that this spot is close to EVERYTHING! With all that said, I must say that the landlord, R, was so pleasant and easy to work with. Likes real converasation, not just texting. SUPER HOST. Thank you, R
