The Perfect Place!

My stay here was absolutely perfect! It was my first time using Furnished Finder, and it was a great experience. The location is super convenient — everything is within a 10–15 minute drive, from stores and restaurants to hospitals and great hiking spots. The space was perfect. It was a great size for me and included everything I needed. The full kitchen and laundry were must-haves for me, and the casita has blackout curtains, which were perfect since I was working night shifts. It’s in a nice neighborhood where I never had any safety concerns. I can’t say enough good things about Rose and Lee! They were the most friendly and attentive hosts I could have asked for. On the rare occasion that a maintenance issue did arise, they were incredibly quick to remedy it. They truly make you feel at home :) I originally took a 13-week travel nurse assignment and ended up staying for almost an entire year because I loved it so much, in part because I found such a wonderful place to live.

Nice, clean, and quiet

What can I not say about this place? This place was just what I needed as a travel nurse. The location was great. Its just enough space for 1 or 2 people. Everything was in great condition, very cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. I love, love, loved the wildlife. I also enjoyed the little gifts Mrs. Rose grandson would leave for me! Mrs. Rose and Mr. Lee were both awesome host. There were a few issues that came up. However, their response time was quick and they were very nice and easy to talk to. The only thing I think would have been better is to have parking right outside of the casita! However, I would definitely stay at their casita again and also recommend it to anyone thats traveling into town.

North Phoenix guesthouse

I enjoyed staying here very much. I loved seeing wildlife out the kitchen window everyday - including quail and lots of bunnies. The landlords are fabulous and take good care of the property. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Charming Private Guesthouse

I rented this guesthouse while I was looking for a long-term housing solution, and it was the perfect little gem! Great location right off the freeway, and yet very well insulated; I couldn't hear the traffic at all. Beautiful views out onto the patio area and yard, but also nice, dark curtains for sleeping. All of the amenities I needed, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and A/C. R was the sweetest and always very communicative, making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommended!

Great Stay!

This private guesthouse offered a perfect place to relax and unwind from a long night of work. I worked as a night shift RN in the ICU at Banner Thunderbird, about a 20-25 min drive from the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a privacy fence with a view of a beautiful green back yard, blackout curtains for day sleeping, and great quality sound proofing walls for quiet stays. The AC/Heat worked great, Wifi was fast and reliant, and the washer and dryer were brand new and worked perfectly. I utilized the fully supplied kitchen and had everything I would need for making dinner or prepping food for work. R and L were more than generous and flexible with any changes that were made with my nurse contract. I highly recommend this stay for any nurse looking for a home away from home!
