Great place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at R's place. The house is located in a serene and safe neighborhood, yet it is conveniently close to downtown and various stores. The interior of the home is both modern and cozy. The place is fully furnished and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. All of the appliances and equipment in the house are new and function perfectly. One of the highlights of the property is its expansive backyard, which is ideal for both pets and outdoor activities such as jogging. R is an exceptional landlord who was highly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever we had any questions or encountered any issues, he was quick to address them and provide solutions. We highly recommend R's place to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free accommodation experience.

Great Long Term Stay

I rented here for a few months and it was a great place to land in Austin while looking for something longer-term. The place is well-located and has everything you need. R, the owner, was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!
