Dream location

This is truly one of the best places I've had the privilege of staying at. It has the historic SF Victorian charm but with all the necessary modern day amenities. The location itself is PERFECT, very walkable with lots of nearby shopping and dining. And the host is very helpful and responsive. 10/10 could not recommend more!!!

Best apartment ever!

This is the best place I've stayed as a travel nurse. Warm California sunlight, modern kitchen, with wood floors and high ceilings. Big closet and washer dryer in unit!!! Comfortable bed. Fillmore is steps away with imo the best restaurants, coffee shops, and secondhand stores in SF. Palmers pub, Comptons for coffee, and Crossroads for secondhand were my faves! I have warm memories of walking 10 mins to work at CPMC and coffee in the morning in the garden. Jeremy is friendly, easygoing, and soo kind! Look no further!! This is the best location and best apartment in SF! Thank you Jeremy for contributing to one of the best years of my life!

A dream come true!

I stayed here from January to April 2025 and it truly was a dream come true. Pac Heights was a dream and being so close to the Fillmore, you always had access to great food, fun and public transit. The space itself was amazing, it was in an old Victorian built in the late 1800s, but this unit felt modern and cozy. As with all old buildings, it had old building problems, but Jeremy was always quick to get things worked out for me. I would stay here again and hope that I'll have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great stay

This is a great place! The location is ideal. It has close proximity to Fillmore street and public transportation, but the property itself is safe and quiet. The place is cozy and as pictured. Highly recommend!

My favorite housing as a travel nurse

Such a great place to stay!! It was so cozy and had everything you would need. The location is spot on. Right next to amazing restaurants and shopping. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. I didn't have a car and walked everywhere around the neighborhood and never once felt unsafe. Landlord was super chill and responsive to anything I needed. I will definitely be rebooking a stay here if I get around to do another assignment in SF

Jeremy's place was very cozy and comfortable! It had everything we needed. Not to mention how great and safe the location is. So close to public transportation and lots of good restaurants around. I highly recommend his place!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this property. Stayed for almost a year. Check in, check out was easy. Landlord checked frequently enough to see if anything was needed. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need. Its set away from the street so its quite. No bad things to say about it. Street parking was reasonable as well and the neighborhood is great.
