Spruce Cottage

Very cool house with tons of character! Excellent location on quiet street. 6 minutes from Kootenai hospital, 5 minutes from Dominos and Crumbl Cookies (very important to me!). I really enjoyed sleeping up in the loft because it was cool. Also enjoyed the view of the mountain from the living room couch.. Property owners are great, thoughtful people and communication is great. They're quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They've also convinced me that Tide pods are the way to go with laundry! Pro tip: get the code to the back door as it's different from the front. This was my 1st time renting through furnished finder and I couldn't ask for a better experience. If/when I come back to visit Coeur d'Alene this will be the 1st place I check for a place to stay.

This home has everything!! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom bright and clean, and the decor is adorable! 10 min drive to downtown CDA and less then 20 minutes into Spokane. Love the spiral staircase to the loft, such a charming touch.
