3 month stay

I booked the large king room for 3 months this past summer. It was for my son who had a summer internship in Richland. The accommodations were outstanding and comfortable. He enjoyed the stay and we would look to book again if the need arises.

Wonderful

Our experience in Richland was difficult, but T was quite simply the most wonderful host. We loved her and her well behaved dog, have no complaints about the room, which was clean, functional, spacious, and much better than other options at equivalent price points. T was more like a kind neighbor than a landlord, and we loved getting to know her. Altogether our experience was made so much better by having stayed here. We were very blessed to come in contact with T, and are very grateful for our time in the upstairs room. Although T was the best part of this arrangement, I should also mention that we cooked every day and were in want for nothing. The kitchen is well stocked, and Tricia even went out of her way to provide more pans and bins for the refrigerator. The amenities were thoughtful, the rooms environment obviously considered. The locations proximity to grocery stores was also very convenient. We recommend the room highly.

Awesome Stay!

I was in R for a summer internship, and I was extremely happy with my stay at this property! The house is in very safe suburb. Stores, gyms, gas stations, etc. are all within ~5 min drive. Both the bedroom and private bathroom are very spacious and were kept exceptionally clean. There are quite a few amenities in the suite (fridge, coffee maker, microwave TV, etc.) and as a part of the house (downstairs washer/dryer, lots of kitchen utilities, safe street parking about ~50 feet from the house, etc.). T went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the summer, and she was always helpful whenever I needed something fixed or replaced. I'd highly recommend this place for those visiting the Tri-Cities!

Amazing Stay!!

I moved to Washington for a temporary job opportunity. I had a great stay at this property. The landlord, T, is a very respectful, clean, and kind person. The place is in a safe area and is within walking distance from the supermarket and a 24/7 gym. T always made sure I was comfortable during my stay and always welcomed comments about making my stay more enjoyable; I never felt like I was away from home the entire time. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who plans on moving to Richland, Washington.

Mama and daddys little girl

My stay at this property was very short-lived. I will tell anyone beware. Oddly enough, T signed the contract posted on FurnishedFinders and I deposited the rent into her account. However, when there was an issue, she would call her mom and dad who would then come to the house and have a meeting in the living room. T's mom apologized for T's wrongdoing. Stating it was her house, and T should have never wrote any exceptions on the contract without discussing it with her. I explained she was her representative. I feel they are just trying to make a quick buck. I would not recommend this place

Perfect!

I stayed here for my first travel assignment. Room is located upstairs with private bathroom so felt like you had your own space. Cozy living area at top of stairs. The bed was super comfortable, had its own heated pad for the winter but I never needed it. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, desk, and had some nice little touches to have you set up when you first arrived (coffee, cups, plates, towels, toilet paper, toothpaste and brush,etc). Washer and dryer downstairs were easy to use and worked well. The downstairs is the main part of the house. It's beautiful and while T always made me feel welcome to use it I didn't use it much.. Tricia is kind, friendly, and allowed me to interact as much, or as little, as I wanted. Her dog Noell is super sweet. I give the rental 10/10 stars and would highly recommend.
