Convenient location & safe

I had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for my travel assignment at Vanderbilt. It took me 10-12 mins to get to the hospital (on night shift) and the location felt safe. Sharon was awesome and attentive. The move in and move out process was streamlined and she was very helpful during my time here. I'll definitely reach out if I'm ever back in Nashville!

Close to hospital!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is close to Vanderbilt hospital which was a plus for me. It's a nice cozy place!! The landlady Ms. Sharon was very nice and helpful anytime I had a problem!! If given the opportunity I would stay again!!

Apt 2 Review

I have loved staying at this apartment! It is conveniently located close to Vanderbilt campus and downtown. The neighborhood is safe and great to go on walks in. The apartment itself has a lovely layout, fun decor, and modern touches that make it feel elevated. The kitchen is stocked with cooking accessories, the couch and bed are very comfortable, and the whole space feels like a home. The landlord is incredible! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and taken care of during your stay. It has been an amazing experience living here for the past five months and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to call my home away from home :) If you are thinking about staying here, go ahead and book it. Apt 2 rocks!

Fantastic stay!

I had a wonderful experience! Safe and cozy as described. The location is great. The apartment was clean, bright and very comfortable with a nice layout/use of space. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of storage in linen closet and in the bedroom. It was also so nice getting to know the landlord. She is warm, welcoming, and responsive, and even offered/provided thoughtful touches like an aromatherapy diffuser and small heater if desired for use in the bathroom. I enjoyed both. I would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay

Best place I've stayed. Mrs. S*** made my stay wonderful. Well stocked with all the supplies you need. Didnt have to leave to get anything at all. Great location plus easy to get to the facility I worked at. If your looking for a quiet place to just relax after work or on vacation definitely come here. I'd definitely come back in the future.

Amazing Experience!

My time at this apartment was an absolute dream! It is located in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood, which is very quiet and safe. There are mutliple restaurants and shops nearby, and I walked to a coffee shop often. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked; it seemed the landlords had really thought of everything! The landlords were amazing throughout my entire stay. S made me feel right at home and was very kind and generous. She was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I encountered. I stayed here over the summer, and when there was an issue with one of the air conditioning units, she had a technician repair it very quickly. During my time here, I was commuting to Franklin, TN, which is about 20 mins south of Nashville, so its location right near the entrance to I-65 was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who will need to commute. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend!

THE PERFECT HOME

This furnish finder is one of the best finds in Nashville. I was in Nashville for my senior year in anesthesia school, and this place was in close proximity to all major city hospitals. It's located in the Wedgewood Houston area. You have the soccer stadium, Diskin Cider, and a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's also conveniently located near multiple highways. The house itself was beautiful and equipped with everything one may need when staying here long-term. It was super clean and had a very cozy home-like feeling. S*, who is the landlord, is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. She was always available if we needed anything and always took great care of the property and the individual units. I would go back and live there again, and absolutely miss my stay there.

Awesome find!

This apartment was a great find! Awesome location in the Berry Hills area within walking distance to restaurants, Jackalope brewery, Diskin cider, Geodis stadium and the fairgrounds. Easy 10 minute drive to Centennial/Saint Thomas Midtown. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There was good space in the kitchen for cooking with a full size range and oven. The furniture was all very comfortable and there was good storage in the bedroom between the two dressers. I always felt safe in this apartment. In this neighborhood you will see a lot of people out exercising and walking their dogs. The landlords were great! They were always very responsive and available if anything came up. I have nothing negative to say about this place. So glad to have been able to rent this unit and would do it again!

Home Away From Home

This apartment is a beautiful little gem tucked away into a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood minutes outside of downtown Nashville. From the moment I moved in, I knew that I was home and felt comfortable enough to immediately unpack and settle into my cozy temporary home. The owners are great! Theyre professional, caring, kind, courteous and attentive from our initial contact and throughout my stay. There were no real issues during my stay but, they were quick to address the little things like, adjusting the shower water temp to my preference. My entire stay was a good one and I will definitely do my best to make this my only home during my future travel assignments in Nashville.
