COZY COTTAGE

My stay at Keylime Cottage was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was flawless. It has everything you could need! It is conveniently located in a charming, little neighborhood with a park entrance right across the street. The apartment is adorable, tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. It offers a comfortable, cozy atmosphere, but not dark and depressing, like many basement apartments. There's also a huge laundry room with ample storage. Guests also benefit from their own private entrance and driveway. The best part though, was the host. I cannot speak highly enough of Pat. She was incredibly kind, professional, and promptly addressed any questions I had. She even checked on me during the snow storm or whenever temperatures dropped to make sure I was comfortable. She is truly a lovely, delightful individual who made my time in Charlottesville thoroughly enjoyable! You will not regret calling this charming apartment home during your stay in Charlottesville!

I stayed at this property for 6 months and it is the best place I could have chosen! Patricia was such a wonderful, welcoming landlord and it is immediately evident the extra effort she put in to make the house feel like home. She is fair, honest, upfront, prompt, responsive, diligent, organized, and a great communicator. This beautiful home has everything a traveler needs including its own laundry room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, lots of closet spaces, and luxurious bathroom with amazing water pressure. Not to mention the close proximity to the UVA hospital (7 minutes away). The house is extremely tidy, spotless and the yard was so well kept and maintained throughout my stay. Everything you need as a traveler is supplied. The space has such a warm, homey feeling. It is also in such a nice/safe neighborhood!!! I would choose to stay here again 10 times over and will miss it so much.

Wonderful!

What a great place to stay! I spent six months at the Key Lime Cottage and I enjoyed it very much. The apartment is clean, well maintained, lots of natural light, and has everything you need if you are a traveling nurse. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful and very safe. The owner Patricia is super nice and welcoming. She is very attentive to any needs you might have. Any issues with the property is addressed immediately and efficiently. You will not regret staying at Patricias property. I loved it!!!

Great for travelers

P is a wonderful landlord. Easy to work with, quick to respond, and very fair. The unit is in Frys Spring, which is a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Definitely a great choice for travelers at a great price!

The townhouse is great. It's clean, conveniently located in safe and nice neighborhood. All the shops and restaurants are within a few minutes. The landlord is responsible, fair and respond quickly if a repair is needed. You will not be disappoint it. :)

All things charming

If only I could take Keylime Cottage with me. This charming apartment is nestled in a darling neighborhood just a stones throw away from the small town center of Fry's Spring. It's perfect if you want the sweet quiet of a neighborhood but close proximity to downtown Charlottesville. The apartment itself is extremely well maintained. The renovations have brought it into modern day crisp cleanliness without losing the old Charlottesville cottage charm. Its a perfect blend of both worlds. The hospital is close enough to bike to and there are paths right across the street from keylime, that will lead you to Azalea park. This can connect you to a broader collection of hiking trails called the RTF which runs all around Charlottesville. All of this is topped with the icing of a perfect landlord. Patricia is extremely interesting, respectful, highly attentive and prompt in her response to anything you need. Hopefully she will visit while you are there, she has stories worth hearing.
