Lease Disagreement

I want to clarify I did not stay at this location, but the lease stated the tenant will get a 6 HOUR notice before the landlord enters the unit for non-emergent, non-consensual access for any reason at any time of day. It also stated you are to refrain from using the washer and dryer from 10pm-8am due to noise and can be evicted from the premises if this is breached. I asked the landlord if he could extend the notice to 24 hours if non-emergent and clarify if the washer and dryer really make that much noise to cause a disturbance to neighbors and he stated he isn't making any changes to the lease and wanted me to take his word for some of my concerns regarding a legal binding document that stated otherwise. Other than a few other typos and sections of the lease that seemed a little sketchy or not clear, the landlord stated "pay your rent, take care of the place and there will be zero issues".
