Most of our immediate neighbors have been in the neighborhood for over 20yrs, many are Senior Citizens and quite helpful neighbors that have help us and our renters out over the years. The home is located 1 block from main road, but is not on a main road. There's a wonderful greenway access only 2min from the house. Great place to go for walks to get fresh air.

Absolutely Recommend
Such a cute house! Made us feel right at home while on assignment for 6 months. Older house that has been updated, but is very clean and has everything you need (except a dishwasher, but we got used to that). Property manager is great and quick to respond to any needs or questions. The house has a security system as well which made us feel at ease in a new place. Not an upscale neighborhood, but the neighbors were friendly and we had no issues. Close to HPU, High Point Medical and the highway to get wherever you need to be. Would stay again!
