Very Nice

This is a very pleasant condo with an excellent owner. You cannot get a better value for the price in Little River. 3rd floor worries? Don't. Because many other places are built up on stilts, it is equivalent to a second-floor unit when you compare it. I had, absolutely, no problems and enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. it is spacious, clean and has everything you may need or want included in the unit. The incredible condo full-length balcony is stupendous with a terrific view and privacy. It is, also, quiet and convenient to everything. This is an incredible find in Little River.

Just about finished up with my stay here. L and S are very nice landlords who are quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Very satisfied and would stay here again!
