Perfect little apartment!

I highly recommend staying here. Great responsive landlords and perfect location for getting down to UW hospital. Condo was very clean and well appointed with everything you need to get started. Close to Green Lake for shopping/dining, Northgate shopping district, super easy access to Interstate 5, and only 3 blocks away from Maple Leaf Reservoir that I walked at almost everyday. Spent a lot of time at Magnuson Park to the east. Highly recommend this property and this location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Seatttle Stay

I felt very safe here as a female solo traveler, I had zero issues, if anything came up Erica was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. She was an amazing landlord and i'll forever be thankful for how welcoming she was during my first assignment. I miss being there every single day and couldn't recommend it anymore! She has everything you need to make your stay desirable. I hope to one day be back in this cozy unit!

great place

This place was the perfect size and in a quiet and safe location. E was accommodating and responsive and made my stay very smooth and easy. There was a cleaner who came and cleaned the place once a month which was very nice as well. The washer and drier is coin operated but E conveniently let me buy the quarters from her. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Seattle.

Perfect Travel Nurse Apartment

Ive never stayed in such a nice furnished place! The bed was comfy with high quality linens, the apartment itself was set up in a very functional way, and the furnishings/equipment was all high quality as well. All for what I felt was a very fair price for the area. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood, and quick access to the highway. Very convenient for working at the Childrens Hospital! E is very responsive and easy to communicate with, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Host is super responsive and helpful. The apartment is cute & very well stocked. I was so happy to stay here during my contract!

Great Unit for a Solo Traveler

This place is perfect for the solo traveler. Great, safe location, away from busy downtown in a friendly neighborhood. E the landlord was super helpful, friendly, and always reachable within minutes when I had questions. Me being Canadian meant difficulty with bank transfers/SSN for screenings/etc, but she was super accommodating and worked with me! She installed black out curtains for me as I worked nights, and the free off-street parking is incredibly difficult to find in Seattle. Everyone in the complex was quiet and friendly. I seriously cannot recommend this unit enough. Hoping to be back for another assignment in the fall!

Comfy & Safe Stay

Pros: The place itself was perfectly adequate for an extended stay, not to mention very nice & modernized. Has all your essential cookware, utensils and appliances which was great. The bedding was very comfy. Tv and wifi were good quality. Just a couple minute from a grocery store as well as a handful of tasty restaurants. Cons: Parking. Make sure you arrange a reserved parking spot beforehand; unless you're comfortable leaving your car parked on a side street. Parking was tight and limited. Shower. If you're a stickler for hot water this might be an issue. It's not terrible but certainly I felt like showering was quicker than my norm due to the water becoming lukewarm. Overall: The place is super nice & updated. I also felt welcomed & safe there. I'd definitely stay with E & B again! They were GREAT host, they were prompt taking care of minor issues & made sure my stay was absolutely comfortable.

Hidden Gem

First time using furnished finder and found E's place. Well decorated and lovely unit. E was readily available and responsive and has a well thought out guide for those new to area and Seattle. The best part of this unit is not only location; but there is parking for this unit-which is extremely hard to find. Will def stay here again for another assignment.
