Comfy home and neighborhood

The house instantly felt like home - plenty of room, great amenities, peaceful yard, and a great neighborhood for walking. Just minutes away from food and shopping - easy drive downtown, a quick drive to Folsom Lake or hiking, and you can get to Tahoe or wine country for the day. Owners were always responsive. Dog friendly which is a plus! Only left due to a relocation for work.

Beautiful, spacious home in excellent location and very friendly neighbourhood

This is an extremely spacious family home that is beautifully decorated with mature gardens and loads of storage. Super laundry facilities, a double garage, and many other lovely touches. The neighbourhood is very friendly and great for dog walking. There are several parks within walking distance. It is a short drive to a large variety of shops and restaurants. M and L have been wonderful landlords - always available if needed. I wish I could have stayed here for longer - I am only moving out because I needed to find somewhere smaller/less expensive due to a change in financial situation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, cozy and very well stocked home. The owners paid attention to every detail, and it was evident. The neighborhood is very nice, the neighbors friendly and welcoming and this home is close to all shopping and not far from the Hwy 80. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in Orangevale.
