Gingerbread House: Warm and Cozy

For a Southerner and travel nurse, Fall/Winter in Minot, North Dakota can be quite an adjustment! My hostess J has been the most gracious, hospitable, and helpful lady that could ever be imagined. If the person she hired can't get here to shovel the car out of the snow, you can bet on her or her son being out there getting the job done! She even brought another stone for me as an older lady to get into home with ease. I never even asked! That's how wonderful she is! And...she has even left treats at my door, trying to make my stay cozier, safer, and homier ! She is never ever intrusive, just texts me to say something at door. The home is very well equipped, to include the kitchen and many blankets provided, (although home always warm and toasty). I called one time with an issue, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of asking. She has been so awesome that I feel truthfully blessed to have known her and to have stayed in her wonderful home! Thank you JA!

I have stayed at this place for a year and have not had issues. The place is 5 mins from the Trinity Hospital and 2-3 mins from the walk in clinic. The zoo is 9 mins from the house. This was a perfect spot for myself and my dog. I felt like home here. The landlord was wonderful and if I needed anything she would always help. If you need a place to stay, hands down I would definitely recommend this one. It does not disappoint.
