Beautiful home & amazing hosts!

I stayed here for my clinical rotations and I really enjoyed my stay. Erick & Kim were very accommodating and amazing hosts throughout the 3 months I was here. They addressed any concerns quickly and had great communication. The location was very convenient and close to markets, restaurants, and freeways. The hosts were very kind and well-organized, I highly recommend booking a stay here!

Wonderful Casita with Amazing Hosts

Our 3 month stay in San Diego was wonderful at this casita. The location puts you 20 minutes away from most of San Diego. Inside the place was very clean and updated and stayed quiet throughout the day so it was easy to sleep for night shift. K and E were very quick to respond if any questions or concerns needed to brought up. Theres a couple of fruit trees in the backyard and front of house which was nice as well.

Wonderful hosts, modern, clean, and quiet casita in a great location!

Extremely well appointed casita, exactly as advertised. Everything is basically brand new and in excellent shape. Owners and hosts (K and E) were wonderful, easy to work with, readily available when needed, and overall just pleasant to interact with (like when they went out of their way to accommodate my incoming travel delays, and even offered me a meal late in the evening on the night of my arrival; a really kind gesture that shows what great people they are!) The private backyard area was an added bonus! Location is great, easy access to major freeways and within 20 minutes of almost everything in San Diego. Neighborhood is quiet and always felt safe. Would highly recommend this unit and the hosts K and E to anyone looking for accommodation in San Diego!

Modern Clairemont Casita

K and E were great landlords, they are both super nice and easy to communicate with. We spent 3 months here while I was working at UCSD. The bungalow is comfortably sized: the open floor plan gives you a lot of indoor space and the back garden is like your own private sundeck with a loquat tree! The whole place is very updated and modern, especially the bathroom (amazing shower and smart toilet). AC, Washer/dryer, appliances, hot water, etc. all work great. Parking is on the street, but it's plentiful and in a quiet neighborhood, so we never had any issues. The location is very central, so in 15 minutes of driving, you can be almost anywhere in SD. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Pleasant Stay: Clean with the amenities and location you need

Had a wonderful and very comfortable stay here as a travel RN in this private unit. Private entrance with garden view and private backyard space as well. Great natural lighting from several large windows. The unit was clean. The furniture was comfortable (queen size bed and medium sized pull out sofa). All appliances were basically new: brand new washer/dryer and two large TVs (in bedroom and living room) which I loved. No cable but smart TVs capable for streaming platforms. Very convenient location: within 5 minutes from any highway, 15-20 min from downtown and several great beaches (Pacific Peach, Mission Bay, La Jolla). Premium shopping mall/restaurants at Fashion District within 15 min. Hosts were super accommodating and prompt with resolving any issues. They had plenty of suggestions of places to visit and were super pleasant to interact with. As a traveler the last thing you want to think about is your living situation but you will definitely be at peace if you book here!

Beautiful and perfect home, location and amazing hosts!

Private Home is definitely a beautiful and pleasant home! It has everything you need, full kitchen with brand new appliances, living room with huge smart tv, spacious dining room, washer and dryer and a very comfortable bed with reclining features. Location of the home is perfect, less than 2 miles from major hospitals. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The hosts (K and E) were very accommodating, thoughtful, kind and always available if you need them, they are the best hosts ever. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Private Home. This home is highly recommended! :)
