Mixed feelings

I had a generally positive experience living here over the past two years. The home itself was comfortable, and for most of my stay things went smoothly. I especially appreciated Keith—he was kind, approachable, and a pleasure to interact with. However, my move-out experience was disappointing. I was charged a cleaning fee upon move-out, despite moving into a home that was not clean at the start, which felt unfair. I was also charged a damage fee related to furniture that was already quite old. Additionally, communication and customer service during that final stage could have been handled better. Overall, I enjoyed my time living here, but the move-out process left me with mixed feelings.

Nice & Clean House

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen with plenty of room for cooking, comfortable bedroom with big closet and recently renovated bathroom. The property owners live right down the street and are very responsive to your needs. Overall, a great place to stay while traveling for work.

great place, close to doctors hospital of manteca

I highly recommend K and Helen's place. I stayed at 415 west bedroom and I had the whole house to myself from June - Dec 2023. The house is huge with living,dining room, garage, and backyard. Anytime I needed help, they were always quick to respond as they live next door. I worked at Doctors Hospital of Manteca as a travel lab tech and the house is very very close. Less than 5 minute drive to the hospital. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay at this house again. Thanks K&H!

Home away from home!

This house was perfect! Huge kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need (and more), big spacious rooms, beautiful big backyard with fruit trees and patio area, and just a minute drive to shopping, restaurants and Doctors Hospital. This house is in the perfect location that allowed us to explore other areas of California on days off--Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Yosemite, etc. The owners live right nextdoor and were very kind, attentive to our needs, and a joy to talk to. The longer we stayed, the more we felt like family. This had become a home away from home and we will definitely be contacting H and K if we come back to the area!
