Gated Community, 2bd-2ba Condo on Golf Course near Major Highways

The most perfect place to stay

This was truly the most perfect place to stay. It located in a very safe golf course community, close to lots of amazing places to eat and close enough to downtown the it makes for an easy commute. The host was wonderful, never any issues with the condo. Even came over on a weekend to rehang blinds and put up black out curtains. I absolutely can not rave enough about the host !!!! Thanks again for making my travel a little easier by giving me a place to feel at home while I was away from home .

Amazing Place

This place has truly been a blessing. It is situated in a quiet, comfortable, safe community. The owner of the unit was attentive, kind and dedicated to making sure that my tenant experience was absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a clean, well-kept location to live, this place is your go-to. Truly, 10 stars wouldnt be enough to rate this location as high as it deserves to be rated. From the day I moved in, I was made to feel like I was at home. Im grateful for every day that was spent at this unit!

This is an amazing property! Ben the property manager was great. Always there to answer phone call/text when needed and resolved any issues. The property is right next to the golf course so going on walks was a favorite of mine. The property itself was clean inside and came with everything you needed for cooking and cleaning and sleeping. Definitely a very peaceful neighborhood and was great for my first travel nursing contract. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the VA area!

Cozy and Comfy!

I rented this place for a travel assignment in Richmond and was thoroughly pleased! It's located in a quiet community, tastefully decorated and cozy enough that it felt like my home away from home. B, the owner, is very helpful, personable, and responds to any concern promptly. Should I return to the area for a travel nurse contract, I'm calling him immediately! Thank you so much for everything, B, I truly appreciate you!

Great place!! Highly recommend!!

This property was beautiful and neatly kept! The beds were so comfortable! Appliances were updated! I really enjoyed my stay and the property owner was amazing!! Recommend to anyone!

Temporary home

This was a great property. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be finished. It is close access to shopping, restaurants and I-295 & I-95. You do here traffic a little. If you are a shorter person like me, show up with a footstool. Cabinets are tall. Ben is very responsive to any questions or help you may need.
