Great Apartment and Great Host
No matter how long your stay is, this basement apartment is a cozy place to call home! The apartment has it's own kitchen, private bath and private entrance. There is also a fenced yard around the house which was great for my dog! The location is prime, as it is walking distance to Marietta square and a short drive to multiple hospitals around the Atlanta area. Aaron is a great host and was helpful to resolve any issues that arose during my stay. I really enjoyed my time staying here and would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Stay
Everything at this house looks like it was just installed, so it's all new and very nice. The full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom made my stay incredibly comfortable. The full-size washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, and the Samsung TV added to the modern feel of the place. The owner is a great person to rent from, and I had a fantastic experience here. The location can't be beatclose to Marietta Square, just 5 miles to Kennesaw Mountain Park, and nearby nice library and pickleball courts. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a well-equipped, modern, and conveniently located place to stay!

Best location and host
This property is equipped with everything you need and more! Spacious, cozy details and decor. It was a great place to relax after long shifts. No traffic to and from the hospital, typically a 6 mins commute. Host is very knowledgeable, attentive, and loves sharing local finds!

Great Place
A was super hospitable and kind throughout my stay. It is SUPER close to Wellstar Kennestone. This place is a short walk to downtown Marietta. The city is a hidden gem, and extremely fun to check out and explore. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!
Great basement apartment with private entrance. Everything was just installed so its new and very nice. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A is a great guy to rent from and had a great experience here. And location cant be beat. Close to Marietta square and drives to Kennestone hospital were easy and quick!
