Location Can't Be Beat!

We loved our stay at the Upstairs Beach Retreat! The unit had everything we needed for a few months of working remotely - ample workspace, spacious layout, fully equipped kitchen, great sunlight, and peaceful surroundings. The location of the unit could not be better, just blocks from both the bay and the ocean, walkable to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and groceries, while still in a quiet, residential area. Kelly Ann is super friendly and quickly responds to any questions or needs. We truly didn't have to worry about anything during our stay. Private outdoor space and included parking spots were icing on the cake. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

Upstairs Beach Retreat

Sad to leave! I stayed here for 4 months, and the unit was perfect. It is very spacious, in a great location, and within walking distance to many fun spots. I enjoyed beach walks during sunset almost every evening! Having a parking spot was also a bonus! Kelly Ann was wonderful and very responsive to any and all questions I had throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was lovely. The location is great, with easy access to the Bay walk and the beach. The natural light is also very unique considering that most places in PB are one story properties. Kelly was so easy to work with and we were so appreciative of her kindness! We are a traveling couple and wished the beds were bigger for comfort purposes but everything else was perfect!

Love this place!

K A'S Upstairs Beach Retreat is a home away from home. The interior is very warm and inviting, and fully stocked with anything and everything that you could need during your stay. The on-site parking and laundry are also a rare find in this area. The surrounding area is also very walkable to the beach, bars, and stores. Definitely worth a short or long-term stay!

The absolute best beach retreat!

This sunny, beach walk property in Pacific Beach is truly unbeatable. Being less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, bay and other amenities makes this location unique. Aside from the prime location, the property itself is updated and spacious. All of the minor finishing touches make this a true home away from home. Absolutely perfect for travel nurses, as it is important to be in a great location and reside in a safe, beautiful space. Having parking and laundry is also an amazing bonus! K A is a great landlord, as she is easy to contact and communicate with. She is responsive and truly cares about making sure her tenants are happy and comfortable. I wish I could stay here forever.

Amazing Find

This property has truly exceeded all our expectations! My roommate and I are travel nurses and needed a long term rental and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Everything is brand new and up to date. The house itself is decorated beautifully and is very homey. K A has been an incredible host and is always very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and just a quick walk to the beach. Overall it is an amazing find and we will definitely be booking with K A again whenever we are back in San Diego!
