Lorain Whole Cozy cottage 2br/1ba updated, modern, full kitchen, private yard

I'm sure there are better properties to rent...There's a lot to say but limited characters...

I wish there had been reviews on this property before I rented it. So, I wanted to provide our experience in case it helps a future renter. The house is older and recently remodeled, but very poorly. Here are the issues we had during our stay. Cricket infestation. The bathtub/shower is extremely clogged, and you're standing in bath water by the end of a quick shower. Drano does not solve the issue. The oven was unusable because of all the melted foil at the bottom, which caused too much smoke. Horrible laundry situation. The washer drains into a deep sink that drains too slowly to accommodate the water from the washer. It ended up overflowing and causing a small flood in the laundry room. The owner's husband came over to take a look and made the situation worse to the point where there was no drainage at all - we could not do laundry. We have to wait 30-45 days for the refund of our deposit even though we left days early, took good care of the house and even fixed issues.
