Recently rehabbed (March 2021) carriage house featuring more than 1,300 square feet of living space, a fully-furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. Kitchen appliances are new (2021), and so is the furniture. There are 5 hospitals within a 10-minute drive! Tenant has the entire building; owners occupy the adjacent house on the same property.

Our unit is a recently-renovated apartment located inside a carriage house adjacent to the house where we live. It's 1.5 stories with 936 sq. ft. on the main level and another 432 sq. ft. on the second level. The second level features a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bathroom (toilet, sink, stand-up shower). The first floor features a spacious kitchen, two living/ sitting areas, and a half-bathroom (toilet & sink).

Perfect little find!
I stayed at this little gem for almost one full year as I continued to renew my contract at SLUH. The neighborhood is walkable and has almost anything you could want within walking distance. Restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, mini markets, bars, donut and bread shops and Tower Grove park is only 2 blocks away. Truly a fantastic neighborhood and very close to all hospitals in downtown St Louis. The apartment is clean and very spacious with a huge beautiful kitchen. The landlords are close by and very responsive. They are extremely kind and helpful. If ever Im back in St Louis, I will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing Location- Comfortable and Safe
I had such a wonderful experience in St. Louis. The home is beautifully remodeled and is very comfortable. My boyfriend and I had everything we needed and did not have to purchase anything. The hosts are wonderful-quick to respond and super easy going! The neighborhood is fantastic. You'll be close to Tower Grove Park which you are able to be active. It was also great to have a cafe, bar, diner, and convenience store within the neighborhood. Everything is walkable about a 5-15 minute walk depending where you go. I always felt safe in the neighborhood. I worked at Barnes Jewish, only a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend this spot!

The perfect spot for traveling nurses!
I absolutely loved staying in this house! The place is very clean, everything is updated and new, they had all the amenities I could have needed. They have a great security system in place that you control yourself so it feels very safe, street parking is within sight of the security camera, so no concerns there. The landlords are so friendly and helpful with absolutely anything I had questions about or needed throughout my stay. I was just minutes from St Louis University Hospital. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone traveling!
