Amazing stay
Every part of my stay was positive. From communication prior to signing my rental contract to moving out. The house is clean, 90% updated, and spacious. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very dog friendly. The neighbors on each side keep to themselves. M the landlord is very friendly and easy to contact. The location is perfect: far enough removed from downtown for peace and quiet, but close enough to have $10 Ubers. Theres a cute little patio in the back thats pretty private and a sliding screen so you can keep the back door open to have a cross breeze in the house. Theres enough light in the house for houseplants too! Id definitely rent from M again.
