Excellent place!

I couldnt have asked for anything better! I stayed here for 3 months as a travel nurse with some other travel nurse friends as well. The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I felt like I was at home when I was there. The neighbors are also very helpful and the neighborhood is very safe. Theres also so many bathrooms!! Id highly recommend staying here and Id stay here again. The owner communicates very well and is very helpful!

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this condo for over three months and it was such a find! The place is fully stocked with everything we needed and the owners were incredibly responsive if we had any questions. The location cant be beat, we were 5-10 minutes from everything and there was a beautiful paved walking trail right outside the house, which was great for walking our dog. Oh, and the neighbors were amazing. We had a big snow storm just days after we moved in and the lady next door gave us her french press when the power was out and we were desperate for coffee. It was also really nice not to have to shovel all of that snow (though the owners provided a shovel, salt and flashlights). Thankfully, because we were on the same power grid as a school, we got power back within hours. I didnt know anything about Charlottesville and it definitely has its dicy streets near UVA. But every time Id tell someone where I was staying Id get the response, Thats such a nice area! And they are right!
