Great place to stay close to Unity hospital

Ive had a fantastic experience renting from Eileen over the past 13 weeks. From the beginning, she was friendly, transparent, and highly responsive. The lease process was smooth, and she made sure to explain everything clearly. Throughout my tenancy, any maintenance issues were handled promptly and professionally. The property was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing a comfortable and safe living environment. What stood out the most was her respect for privacy and her proactive communication. Whether it was giving ample notice for any necessary inspections or just checking in to see if everything was going well, she was always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate landlord. Its been a pleasure renting from her, and I wouldnt hesitate to rent from her again in the future.

Truly was lucky enough to find this rent and have it for my first contract! I felt so at home with E! Truly a home away from home, she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable in the area as a newcomer! If you get a contract at Unity this rental is perfect, i walked to work every day! Even with the snow all winter, there's a nifty little trail that males the commute a beautiful communion with nature. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Stay

A true home away from home! I came to Rochester for a travel contract, I am so glad I found this place. E is an amazing host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate visitor needs. The room was wonderful- clean, spacious, and well furnished for travelers (lots of storage, black out curtains for night-shifts). The location is perfect, safe and friendly neighborhood, and walking distance to Unity hospital, easy commute to other area hospitals and shopping areas. Overall a 10/10 experience- I would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area! Thank you for a great experience E!

Perfect location, kind host

I had to find a last minute place to stay for my contract and the host was very accommodating to my needs. There was superb communication and the host was very kind and hospitable. The room itself was very clean and all the essentials I needed were given, the location is also very close to the hospital. The other tenants were very friendly, quiet and always willing to share or help one another. The host was very accommodating and I was able to stay a couple of days after my lease for a very fair price. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in the Rochester area!

Really really really Close

Initially chose to stay here for an assignment at Unity Hospital. This home is located in the outskirts of Rochester, and within beautiful nature as well a being very close to the Hospital I was contracted to for almost 6 months. It's literally right behind the facility I worked, but you wouldn't know it because the home is in a nice small section of wooded landscape with a creek right beside. The drive to the hospital is 4 minutes. The walk is 10 minutes. You are close to many shopping centers as well as other facilities like Strong, Rochester Regional etc. (16-17 minutes average with traffic). To end, it is safe and quiet here. Wonderful host and room

E creates a wonderful atmosphere in her home. She goes out of her way to welcome you and make you feel right at home. My room was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Im not sure what the other review is talking about it being noisy, as I slept great here. There were no noise disturbances for me and the other nurses living in the home, during my stay, were respectful and clean. I would definitely recommend E'S home!!
