Wonderful

This property was very comfortable! Perfect for solo healthcare travelers such as myself. I stayed here for all of seven months and Ms. Ann was very accommodating. Any issues that were had were addressed immediately. Rent price was very reasonable and she even worked out a discount for me. If I'm ever in the area I would stay definitely stay again. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. Only minutes from Downtown and Midtown Atlanta and other entertainment and shopping venues. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe don't hesitate to book.

This is a wonderful clean quiet property located very close to downtown. I really enjoyed my time there. The host A is great.

Hands down the most kind and concerned landlord in the world. As a solo female traveler safety is the utmost importance for me and I took comfort in knowing I was staying in safe and secure home/neighborhood. This property has everything you need including your privacy. I can't wait to return to this rental.

extremely accommodating

I'm a travel surgical tech who was originally looking for a place just for myself. after signing the lease, I found out that my son needed to join me. I let A know my circumstances. she put in an extra bed and dresser for my son and the rent was increased but very reasonably. a month later, my sister and brother moved in. and she was very cool about it. as long as you're respectful, honest, and pay your rent on time, A will treat you accordingly. anytime she thought I may need something, she reached out. she even gave me my son a link to aid in his job search! lovely lady. highly recommend ?? ?? ??

Nice place to Relax !!

I could feel they tried to take care of me. They responded my inquires within 10 mins. Good place to relax without any hinder after long shifts. Recommend for travel nurses who away from their home town.
