She has "All The Things"

I feel lucky to have found Beth and shared her home for 6 months while working at St Luke's in Meridian. She is so accommodating I would always laugh and say, "Beth you have all the things!" The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is clean & comfortable. She has an amazing backyard that includes 2 fire pits and relaxing patio. Her 2 dogs and 2 cats were a constant source of love and entertainment. Yes....... I'm a cat lover now :) and miss all of them! She treated me like family and always included me in friend and family activities. She's got the perfect place for you!

Home Away from Home

Have lived here for 6 months and would definitely stay here again. The place itself is quiet and private. Exactly what most people are looking for. But Beth is friendly and inviting. Oftentimes, we would talk at length whenever I got home from work. Great place hosted by a great individual. Thanks, Beth. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be back.

So Cozy!

The basement apartment is cozy, safe, homey, and private. B is very welcoming, and I felt very at home upstairs too. Shared meals and chatted many times. Laundry is right there. Backyard is huge and beautiful. B is very artistic and always upgrading her home in some way. Shes freshly painting the downstairs really cool right now! Cant wait to see it. Pups are so missed, adorable loves. If ever Im near Boise again, Ill be stopping by. Friends for life.

Cozy

Very clean, comfortable, spacious unit. Neighborhood and home is very safe and secure. The property owner is so kind and does everything she can to make sure you have a positive living experience. Shes very welcoming and tries to be as accommodating as she possibly can. We ended up needing to stay an extra month and she was very flexible with us. Truly opens her home to you and we loved her animals.

College Stay

Property was amazing. My son and nephew stayed through college there. Both enjoyed the stay, school close by, felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place!!!

Great place to live!!!! Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are so nice and welcoming! The apartment is very beautiful and the landlord does everything she can to make you feel at home! Very respectful! For a traveling nurse it was the perfect stay!!! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Not what it's cracked up to be

Just thought I would save someone the trouble of living here and going through what I went through. It started out as a really nice place to live, but quickly turned sour when I was accused of things I wasn't doing, and I later found out that she had been entering my apartment without notifying me (even though she claimed not to have a way to get down there) and took pictures of my things and used it against me to get me to move out. The last straw was when she was drunk and came and pounded on my door and yelled at me and accused me of doing things that I wasn't doing. I no longer felt safe living there so I had to move mid contract. Also it is NOT a quiet environment. The dogs bark often and constantly bark nonstop when she is not home. When people are over it is very loud and you can hear almost everything. Save yourself the headache and manipulation and don't live here. Not worth it one bit!
