Tiny, but cozy, private cottage close to town with outdoor space. Loft bedroom with a queen size bed, clean linens will be furnished. Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen with a small fridge, small stove, but no dishwasher and no washer/dryer.
Easy access to both MJH and UVA, the cabin is a 10 minute drive to the downtown mall.
One small well-behaved dog allowed.

Great Rental!
This was such a great little cottage, I loved staying here. It had everything I needed, it was close to work, and I enjoyed being there on my days off. The tv is small but the Wi-Fi works great. I'll definitely stay here again if I get to come back to Charlottesville!!

LOVED it!
I was soo sad to leave my little tiny house! My contract didn't get renewed :( It was so nice to be tucked away but close to work. No washer and dryer but I used a local laundromat which worked out fine. The loft bedroom is so cute and the kitchen had everything that I needed. My pup definitely loved this cottage the best too

Little Cottage
The property is as pictured, however there were a lot of bugs and the property was advertised as having a TV, it's there, but it does not work because there was no remote when asked about the remote the owner said he would check with the last tenant never received it so I bought a TV and the wifi is very weak had to buy an antenna also.
