Centrally Located Oasis in the City

Wonderful

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to some amazing restaurants, breweries, yoga studio, parks,hiking trails and the river . Huge fenced in back yard that feels like a tropical get away. Plenty of parking and an attentive landlord should you have any questions. Especially loved the shower pressure, natural lighting throughout home and the new coffee maker .

Great Experience

Stephanie was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. During the holidays, she even sent us a small gift, which was completely unexpected but incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Unlike rental experiences we've had in the past, she was always fair, flexible, and transparent. The house itself was the perfect size for the two of us and our cat and dog. The backyard truly felt like a private oasis, and the sunroom quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and although safety was one of our biggest concerns when moving, we never once felt unsafe. It was also conveniently walkable to the shops and restaurants, which made the location even better. We absolutely loved living here and cannot recommend Stephanie or this home highly enough.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Good size yard for our dogs. It was walkable to Veil Brewery and Little Nickle and bikeable to more locations across the river. Highly recommend!

Great house and landlord

My stay in Richmond was absolutely wonderful due to the clean, spacious and homey feeling of the house and the expedient responses I received from S, the homeowner. There was plenty of storage, beautiful plants, convenient location, and even a firepit in the backyard along with a deck out the back door with a table and chairs. S was an absolutely peach and was very quick to take care of any needs that may come up. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Richmond.

Clean, comfortable home in Richmond

Ss home is a gem! Its clean, comfortable & centrally located. I felt safe & the neighbors were wonderful. I was on contract nightshift at VCU & it was about a 10 min commute. There are several beautiful parks nearby & places to eat around the corner. S was a great host. She always responded promptly & returned my security deposit quickly. I was grateful for a kind host as this was my first time using furnished finders.

Lovely stay!

We loved our stay in Richmond! The house was cozy and I loved having all of the plants in the house. S is an attentive landlord and truly understands the need for a home away from home. She was very attentive to any concerns. Issues were addressed promptly. Our pups also loved the spacious backyard and having lazy days in the sunroom! Would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious and comfortable!

We were welcomed by fresh flowers on our arrival, what a nice start to a stay! The house has a lot of open space, and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch off the laundry room. A heads up for larger folks, the beds are double/full. Questions and requests were always answered promptly by the owner. We would stay here again!
