Perfect Place

I stayed here for a couple months for a travel nursing contract. I was a 5 minute bike ride to UMMC. The property is in a good neighborhood, the handful of neighbors I talked to were very nice and welcoming. Going towards the city was comfortable to walk, going away from the city... I didn't walk that way. The only comment I have to say is that some people walk through the streets and like to take packages, this property has a delivery box, so that's a non-issue. I always felt safe, never got harassed when going to or from work/bars/games. The place has a security system which was good peace of mind while I was home or away. Good location to walk to a baseball or football game. Plenty of bar and restaurants on Light St. and Cross St. Easy to get to the trains and explore the East Coast The owners were very nice and reasonable. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns and quick to act if action was needed. Good people to have a landlords. Would rent again if in the area

This is an amazing property. Phenomenal location to all nearby top hospitals in the area and inner Baltimore harbor. This property is spacious and provides everything you need. E and C communicate effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this property if you wish to truly enjoy your stay in Baltimore.
