Great Stay

Everything about the accommodations and the area were perfect. Clean rooms and a quiet area. The access to walking tails and the beach were highlights of my stay.

Great Spot and Location (Clean and Simple)

The place was perfect. The location is close to amazing parks and the quiet, amazing Lake Michigan North Shore beach is 3 mins away basically. The Room and bed is perfect, everything is perfectly, functional, there's a large basement, laundry, good bathroom and water pressure, a deck, you get a parking spot and garage opener, and Larry is an awesome, kind guy/property owner who is there for support if you need anything. No issues on the deposit return and I'd highly recommend.

Just perfect

I'm not a nurse, but was travelling for work and needed to be close to the office for the Winter. This property has all you need and more on hand, the garage space is a rare find and so nice. Larry keeps the property in excellent condition and is readily available for any issues that may arise. If I needed to I would stay here again.

Spring Lake Housing

I am a PA student that was fortunate enough to stay at this location for a month during one of my clinical rotations. I highly recommend. The property was well maintained and very clean. Everything is provided for you. You get to keep the car in the garage which is super nice during the cold/winter months. All the doors are keypad, so you do not need to keep a key. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It is in a very safe location surrounded by a lot of other housing. It is about 10 minutes away both directions from bigger towns.

Perfect travel nurse location

I was very lucky to get a chance to stay at this property. I worked at Mercy Muskegon in the ER and was having a hard time finding housing. After submitting a housing request L and I talked and it seemed like a good fit. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and lots of nature trails, biking, and shopping. It's near 31 which is where Mercy is off of (Exit112), so it is ideally located. In addition to a remodeled two bedroom you also get access to the basement and a garage. I used the garage to keep my bike which I used a lot. L is a great guy and he made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here! M
