Beautiful space

I've had a wonderful experience living in this home. Marti & Karlee are incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive to their tenants' needs. The house itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need already in place-from essential appliances to thoughtful touches that make daily life more comfortable. One of the things I appreciate most is how the landlord goes above and beyond, even delivering packages right to the doorstep. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, Comfortable Housing

I had the best experience staying here. Easy commute between Medford and Ashland! The owners are very welcoming and make it easy to communicate with them. I will definitely be staying here again if I every decide to come come back !

Perfection!

The owners are the best landlords! The apartment is perfect with modern, tidy, comfortable furnishings and everything you need. LOVE having washer and dryer in the unit. It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in lovely town with easy commute to either Ashland or Medford. I have been traveling for more than six years and this is easily in my top three! I would not hesitate at all to return here. Communication with the owners is excellent.

Home Away From Home

Perfectly located between Medford and lovely Ashland. Close to many restaurants and Bear Creek trail if you need to burn some of those calories away. I enjoyed every bit of my stay, even as a night-shifter.

GEM!!

Cute, Comfortable, Safe & Friendly I cannot recommend this location enough. The neighborhood is very cute and safe- you can walk just down the street to some local restaurants. There is a drive thru coffee kiosk in town. They make delicious coffee. The space itself is beautifully furnished and has so many windows to let in the sunshine. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for your stay and the landlords are the BEST. They are so easy to communicate with and so kind. I loved coming home after work to know that the space would be comfortable and safe. In addition, there is parking on the street. A huge bonus find! Great rental!

Super Cute place!

This place is newly built. All furniture and appliances brand new. Walking distance to Talent town center and cute bars and restaurants. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well. Parking available. The landlord's are very nice and accommodating. They live next door and are quick to respond to any inquiries. There's access to all entertainment services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney). There's in unit washer&dryer. Close to Asante and Providence hospital. For people that enjoy hiking, this place is close to Ashland hiking trails. All in all recommend this place!!.
