Excellent stay
Very charming and well-appointed flat with modern finishings including fully equipped kitchen. Great location, safe, and quiet. Love the view! Landlord is responsive and very kind. Would highly recommend. I stayed for 2 months when relocating to the area for work.

Best place to stay in Monterey
We had the best experience staying in this unit in Monterey! The unit is very modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything we needed was just a walk or a short drive away. The neighborhood is extremely safe, and we always felt at home while we stayed here. Scott was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely accommodating with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Monterey!

Cant imagine a better place to stay
Couldnt imagine finding a better place to stay during our time in Monterey! The apartment is very conveniently located, we were able to walk and bike to many places. There is ample street parking in a very safe neighborhood. The views of the ocean from the bedroom are lovely! The apartment had everything we needed. And to top it off, S and his family are some of the nicest people youll ever meet! They are willing to help anytime, responded very quickly to any issues, and truly want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend!

Great spot
My husband and I stayed in this lovely unit for a month while caring for my aging parents. It was very comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed it a lot. There was a nice little private patio to sit as well. The hosts were wonderful and lovely people and we would highly recommend their unit to anyone looking in the Monterey area. Easy to walk places too

Best Furnished Finder We Have Stayed In
We had the best experience living here in Monterey! S's property is lovely and perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better landlord. With it's minimalist style and ocean views it was the perfect home away from home. You can't go wrong staying here! The place is fully stocked with everything you need; it is clean, well maintained, and in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The back patio was perfect for enjoying the cool California nights, too! S was always quick to respond to our needs and always willing to provide us with extra amenities, should we have needed them. Walking distance to the ocean, stores, restaurants, and more. 5 out of 5 stars!
