Great stay
My holiday trip to Boston was last minute and for family reasons, so it could have been highly stressful, but Nick's hospitality eased that concern. His place is an underrated, hidden gem if you want easy access to the city's numerous hospitals, and just close enough to everything the city offers. The apartment is cozy and pet friendly, and located just across the street from a hilly park -- perfect for walking my two small dogs. Meanwhile, Nick was flexible and extremely receptive to my needs and inquiries.
Great Place and Great Host
Nick is a 5 star host and the apt is just as great! Location is perfect and Nick really went out of his way to help me out. I injured myself a few days prior to my arrival and was unsure how to handle it. Nick offered to refund part of my stay so I could get the care I needed in a healthcare facility. That really saved the day and my entire vacation. In addition, my dog loved the park across the street. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Boston. Nick will not let you down and he is great at communicating with guests. Already booked my next stay at this location!
Went to one of this guys units two days ago. Paid a $500 deposit. Moved in and gave him another 1900.00 messaged him a few hours later to how the place smelt like wet dog and was too disgusting to live in. I was out the next day, he refused to give my money back. Hiring a lawyer. He doesnt clean it. Because he offered to have it professionally cleaned in order for me ti stay. He needs to update his rentals. Bring shower shoes and linens for the bed. Hopefully no bed bugs as I experienced. He Just expects people to live in squaller and be ok.
great property
This property was a great location for easy commute to the hospitals. There's a beautiful park right out front of the apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and so is the landlord. He's very helpful and quick to respond to anything you need. Most anything you need he has provided in the apartment. This is also a dog friendly place and the neighborhood has lots of dogs.
Prime location
This place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to public transport, private and clean. Not to mention right in front of an amazing park. Pet friendly, commuter friendly. Has washer and dryer, free parking etc. You wont be disappointed with this spot.
Great location
This is a great location close to many hospitals. While co-workers were driving up to an hour to get to and from work (each way), it took me tops of 15 minutes (I worked at BMC). Pet friendly with a park across the street. Great, friendly neighbors of all ages. FREE on-street parking. N*** is very accommodating and does his best to resolve any issues that may arise. Like they say. "location, location, location."
Great location, old building
The property is in an excellent location across the street from a park and a 1.2 mile walk for me to Brigham and Women's. I'm rating 4 stars due to it not being super well furnished in the beginning, though this was resolved while we were there. We experienced some issues throughout our stay that were not uncharacteristic for an old building, but N addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner and always treated us with kindness. Also, very convenient location to local train lines and buses. We hardly used our car unless we were leaving the city.
