Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for working at Monument Health. The apartment was great, had everything I could have wanted or needed, nice sunlight coming through during the day, the window ac unit worked wonderfully to keep the whole unit cool, having a garage for the afternoon storms was amazing. My only complaint was noise - there was A LOT of noise from upstairs and the dogs across the street were frequently outside barking at 5:30am. Dakota was wonderful - very responsive, nice and accommodating.

Best Short Term Rental

This short-term rental was perfect for my husband and I. Though its a basement unit, it has great natural light and was always quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, baking, and grillingplus all the utensils you need. The upstairs landing provided plenty of space for our hunting and camping gear, which was a huge plus. Security cameras throughout the property added peace of mind. The neighborhood felt very safeI walked to work at Monument Hospital (0.98 miles) daily, and my husband enjoyed running through the city and nearby hills. Safeway was only 0.75 miles away, downtown was less than 2 miles, hiking was 15 minutes by car, and Mount Rushmore just 35 minutes away. Dakota, the landlord, was respectful, responsive, and always communicated in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again, whether passing through or on another contract. Home away from home

I stayed in this lovely basement apartment for 3 months while working on a travel nurse assignment. The space was cozy and clean. Everything you could need was supplied. The large kitchen was perfect for meal prepping for work. I had multiple visits from friends/family and the second bedroom made their stays very comfortable. The location was only a few minutes from the hospital. Dakota was a great landlord and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. If I come back to Rapid City for another assignment I would be glad to stay here again.

Close to everything

This was the ideal rental if you are working at Monument. It is so close to the hospital and then just about everything else is just a couple minutes away. It is the perfect size for one to two people and has everything you need. Having a garage space is perfect for the colder months. Would highly recommend staying here.

This property met all of our expectations plus more! D went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is super close to monument health and downtown. 10/10 would stay here again or at any of Ds properties!

Cozy Basement Apartment

Cozy, clean and comfortable basement apartment that had everything you could ever need!!! D (the landlord) was very responsive. If ever any issues arrived, he was there to quickly fix things. Very accommodating too! I worked night shift also and if ever he needed to do something with the apartment, he will work with my schedule. If ever I am back in Rapid again, I will surely check first if any of your apartments are available.

Basement Apartment-rapid city

I really liked staying here. It was very convenient to the hospital. The place was very clean and nice. The landlord was always responsive to my text messages and available if anything happened. I would most definitely stay here again. Having the garage was a huge plus.

My #1 favorite!!!

I dont even know where to start. This apartment far exceeded my expectations. New everything & decorated so beautifully! I work night shift & never had to deal with excessive noise. Very comfortable & peaceful. Dakota (the landlord) was always responsive & helpful. I wish all my travel-housing accommodations were this amazing!
