Nicolette is awesome!

N was amazing to work with and so helpful. Unfortunately I wasnt able to stay due to work contract cancellation, but I did stay at this resort a few years ago. The amenities are awesome and worth checking out! N was very understanding and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would definitely book this place again if ever in the area.

Amazing!

Im a travel nurse from OH and came to work in Florida. The place was beautiful, the resort is beautiful. Far enough from the tourist but close enough to everything nicky takes very good care of her tenants and her area. I didnt want to leave but i had to. If youre extending your contract, this resort only allows 90 days at a time. You can switch units tho and it resets (if that makes sense).

Home away from home

The house was perfect. It was in a gated area that only people staying there had access too. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The house had a spacious upstairs- esp the master, plenty of beds for a family getaway! N was a great host. She was accommodating, responded quickly to all questions I had (prior to booking), checked in on me during my stay, and even decorated for Christmas. I loved the nice homey touches she provided. The pool area was nice and you needed bracelets from the resort to get in.
