Enjoyable Stay

Even though my stay at the unit was for a short period, it was a very enjoyable one. I found the unit to be safe, clean and quiet! The unit is conveniently located with many shops right outside. Because of the location, you can not escape all city noise, however, the unit itself was very quiet with outside noise dissipating in the early evening hours. Members of the community immediately greeted me upon my arrival which provided me a sense of comfort. The management was very responsive to any inquiries or requests that I had, replying generally within an hour. In addition, the management takes special pride in the small community where the unit is located which adds to the care they take in upkeep to the units. Overall, a very good experience!

Amazing time in St Louis .

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property through Furniture Finder and highly recommend it. The building always felt safe and secure, and the location was very convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything I needed during my stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, truly feeling like a home away from home. A special thank you to my landlord, Caya, who was professional, kind, and extremely responsive throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and was always helpful. I am very grateful for such a positive experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Great location

Caya is responsive landlord, and quick to fix things. The place is convenient and have store close by. Highly recommend for short/long stay.

Great unit!

The apartment is nice and has a reasonable size for one person. Owner responds to needs in a timely manner. Food hall is right across the apartment and the pharmacy is right below it. Fairly safe area. Locals are nice.

Review The property

Its a nice condo. I felt safe. It is a very old building, so the heat system makes extreme and loud noises. The loud and banging sounds from the heating system kept me awake during winter. If anyone wants to stay over, make sure you bring your own pans and utensils for cooking, because those are one time use. Also car parking is very congested. Other than that, this property is good to stay during summer

A cozy spot!

The landlord was very welcoming and left little touches left for me when I arrived. Was helpful with any inquiries I had. Very responsive. Location was convenient. Still stay smart with your surroundings. I enjoyed having Urban Eats, the FoodHall, across the street. Overall, great value for what you pay for.

Home away from home

Everything you could need or want all in 1 place. Great location. Conveniently located close to local shops, restaurants and the YMCA. I traveled for work and didnt need to bring anything more than myself and food. The Landlord is great also. I always got a prompt response with any questions I had. Whether you are staying a short time or a long time Id recommend this place.
