Caya is responsive landlord, and quick to fix things. The place is convenient and have store close by. Highly recommend for short/long stay.
The apartment is nice and has a reasonable size for one person. Owner responds to needs in a timely manner. Food hall is right across the apartment and the pharmacy is right below it. Fairly safe area. Locals are nice.
Its a nice condo. I felt safe. It is a very old building, so the heat system makes extreme and loud noises. The loud and banging sounds from the heating system kept me awake during winter. If anyone wants to stay over, make sure you bring your own pans and utensils for cooking, because those are one time use. Also car parking is very congested. Other than that, this property is good to stay during summer
The landlord was very welcoming and left little touches left for me when I arrived. Was helpful with any inquiries I had. Very responsive. Location was convenient. Still stay smart with your surroundings. I enjoyed having Urban Eats, the FoodHall, across the street. Overall, great value for what you pay for.
Everything you could need or want all in 1 place. Great location. Conveniently located close to local shops, restaurants and the YMCA. I traveled for work and didnt need to bring anything more than myself and food. The Landlord is great also. I always got a prompt response with any questions I had. Whether you are staying a short time or a long time Id recommend this place.
