Private 1Bedroom Unit-Private Entrance Own Kitchen

A very clean and updated property that is in a safe neighborhood and a close drive to so many things! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great perks like fans, large dressers, and tvs. Lots of space in the kitchen for all roommates to have their own storage. Rosa had great communication and was so accommodating, even when I needed to check out a couple of days early. Plenty of free street parking outside, so I didnt feel the need to pay for the garage spot. Definitely would stay here again if Im back in OC and will recommend to friends/colleagues!

Stayed in the 1bd/1bath private apt! R was an amazing landlord and is always very accommodating with any request/questions you may have. She would always put my needs/wants first and if I needed anything the apt didn't have, she would gladly provide it (Swiffer/pans/pots). Communicating w/ R was the super easy & she is so nice! She even helped me bring up a heavy package into the unit up the stairs!! Location is close to almost everything & I worked at St. Josephs Orange while staying here, the commute was only 7.7 miles away! Lots of yummy, quick foods around this location. Never had issues with finding food/boba. Ample street parking right outside the unit. If I was extending my contract, I would continue to stay here. If I am back in this area, I would rent with R again! :) Thank you for making my stay incredible!

I stayed at the property while I was on contract at Providence St. Joseph in Orange, which was less than 10 mile commute. The home is very quiet, safe and comfortable. The roommates are very considerate of each other. The location is great, easy access to multiple freeways. Many shopping centers and restaurants close by. Not too far from the beach. R is very sweet and always easily reachable and responsive. I will definitely check to see if the property is available if I ever return to the area.

Great and very responsive landlord! She answered and addressed all of my concerns very promptly and would make sure we have everything that we needed. The place itself was very clean and tidy [everyone she rents out to expects it to stay that way :) ]. Make sure to bring your own paper towels/toilet paper (obviously), but kitchenware and bedding is all provided. Overall, great stay for my clinical rotations!

I really loved staying at this property! I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The only complaints I have are regarding the echoing of sounds in the house, which is not anyone's fault. I never got woken up or disturbed, but I was careful about making sounds for my roommates. However, all my roommates (3) worked nights and they never complained about the noise so I don't think it was a big deal. The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything you need to cook. R is very responsive if anything breaks or is not working. She was able to work with me with trying to obtain keys, I was driving to the property from Houston and she was flexible with getting me access to the property. If I ever return to the OC area, I will def be staying at this property again.

My stay here was wonderful! The place was immaculately cleaned and very comfortable. R the landlord was amazing! She was always just a phone call away to ensure I was okay and had whatever I needed. Location was not far from Disneyland, Buena Park & Knotts Berry Farm. Close to Los Alamitos Medical Center and Kaiser. I had no complaints whatsoever! I would definitely stay here again if ever I'm in the area. :)

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, it was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt very safe with the garage parking and a lock on my inside door. If you really like space, I recommend renting the master, it's very spacious, with tub and shower. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, spacious, as advertised. R, the property manager, was fantastic. Super responsive and accommodating. Great place to stay in Garden Grove, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Felt very comfortable and safe while living there. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice and clean for interns working for the summer. The neighborhood is filled with families and didn't feel unsafe. R was very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

My time here was great. R, the landlord was always very responsive to my needs and yet courteous of my personal space. She also does a great job of selecting responsible tenants to room with so you wont have to worry about that. My roommates were very respectful, clean and quiet, despite having an assortment of day shift and night shift tenants we got along great. The property is exactly as pictured and was always kept clean. I have no complaints whatsoever! Will definitely be back should I ever find myself back in the area!

I stayed in the master room during my travel nurse assignment in Orange County. The common area was always kept clean and I liked doors have locks on them. There is also a garage available for parking if you want to pay a little extra. I love having garage parking so that was a no brainer. My stay was comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

My stay at Mrs. R property was absolutely amazing. From the accommodations and the neighborhood, everything was clean and tidy. R checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. I enjoyed my stay here and would have stayed longer if I could. Everything in the home was new and renovated. The kitchen is big enough to share with others and the living room is perfect with the couch and smart tv. R is truly a one of a kind host. She truly cares to make sure that you satisfied during your stay. My roommates were clean and respectful. I worked night shift and everyone was respectful of each others sleep time. If you see this place available, definitely book it. You will not be disappointed!
