Would stay longer if we could! Very laidback landlord - big windows over lush gardens, lets in lot of light/warmth & watch the rain - garden seating for reading & listening to birds - firewood on property for reasonable price - screen doors provide airflow, stays cooler during heat waves w blinds closed, portable fans provided - fully fenced yard our dog could roam freely - designated parking for 2 cars, room for visitor vehicles - safe walkable neighborhood w beautiful houses/gardens, 2 parks nearby: Lyon's Creek w pier, Log Boom w beach - bikes & kayaks on property! - walkable Town Center across street Of note: - has TV & furniture not pictured, chickens no longer present. Advise a tour. - shared laundry is in your unit, though landlord is extremely respectful & always communicates best time for use (may also be installing own W/D upstairs now) - our share of electricity ran ~$170/mo (Nov-March) - confirm w landlord if hottub is in service
