I can't believe how lucky I was when I chose this lovely home in Ventura. Aside from it being exactly and even better than described, the warm family of five, actually six including their sweet dog, made me feel like I was and am part of their family. I've spent a lot of time in a lot of places and have met some amazing people but this beautiful family is, for lack of a better word, exceptional. If you're lucky, I mean really lucky and get the privilege of spending time with them, you'll understand exactly what I'm describing. The house is perfectly situated. For this foodie, I referred to the location as my trifecta - walking distance (just a block) to the famous Grape jazz club, a delicious Mexican restaurant, and one of the best sandwich shops I've ever been to. Also, the house is just a few steps to the hospital. I can't say enough about my experience. I intend to remain friends with these incredible people for life. I will never forget my time staying with them. Thank you.

Great Location and Great Place!!

I'm a travel nurse that worked at VCMC and came with my WFH husband and our schnorgi dog and we all absolutely LOVED staying here! Being able to walk to work was the best!! And I could come home for my lunch break as well. The location also has everything you need so close by, including Trader Joes! And very safe neighborhood where we could easily walk our dog. L is also an extremely responsive and attentive Landlord and we're so grateful for everything she did for us. Could not recommend this place enough!

Spacious, Comfortable and Great Location!

I had a wonderful experience in this space. There is a full-sized kitchen and living room/dining space which was great for cooking, hanging out and feeling comfortable. L and J are gracious and accommodating hosts. It's in a great location close to everything. My dog and I were very happy here. :) I would 100% recommend renting this property!
