New modern Studio in very Safe/Quiet neighborhood, and Near Hospitals!!!

By far one of the best properties I've stayed at with FF. Q and her family were very accomadating to my living needs. Stayed here for 9 months and felt VERY safe and tucked away! Neighborhood was quiet, and I didn't have to fight for parking. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Q is amazing! The property is nice, small and convenient for a solo traveler. It had all the necessities needed for my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely studio

This studio is perfectly located near CHOC, walking distance to the bus stop and gym, safe and festive neighborhood, the accommodations is clean and all inclusive, has every detail that makes for a comfortable stay. I found it quiet and comfortable. The landlord and her family were very helpful and honestly made everything very relaxed and stress free. Big thanks to them! Would 10/10 stay again.

Perfect Housing for CHOC

Absolutely loved staying here! Coming from the Midwest, Quinn made my first travel assignment feel at home. The studio was perfect size for just 1 person especially having in unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet and private (not a lot of traffic). I put a blanket over the window and the room became pitch black for night shifters sleeping during the day. Private entrance gives you the privacy of your own place and small gated storage for a bike. Your own parking spot is always there so you never have to worry about parking. 6 minutes from CHOC/St. Joes, and Starbucks drive thru on the way. If I have ever had questions or an issue, Quinn responded within minutes. For example, my car remote battery died and I was unable to get into my car due to that. I texted Quinn to see if there was a chance she had that battery and she arrived at my door within a minute with the exact battery. So appreciative of them!

Great place

This place is just perfect for travel nurse. I stayed there for 3 month. They offered me everything I needed and responded quick. It's clean, good location. You can get everything nearby you. It was nice stay. Parking is all right. I strongly recommend this place.
