Nice Place to Stay

V and D are great hosts, Large space, bed is comfortable , great neighborhood, safe and quiet, not very far to the interstate. I felt right at home . Would recommended to anyone traveling

Good for Travelers

I had a hard time finding long term housing in the area and found this gem. I must say I lucked out. V and D are gracious hosts. The basement is spacious. The massage chair was an added bonus. Bed was comfortable and they have black out curtains for those who work nights. Plenty of storage area. Close drive to the hospitals. The slow cooker came in clutch. If you are looking for a place to stay highly recommend.

I enjoyed my 4 month stay in this super clean, well maintained, huge basement apartment. The landlords were respectful of your privacy and are very nice people. They even took me to work one day during a snow blizzard. I like the nice and safe neighborhood away from downtown and the easy short drive to work at Sanford medical. I also like the homey feel and the fact that you can live independently with a private bed, bath, and kitchen appliances, your own fridge/utensils all provided. I used the air fryer and coffee maker a lot. The treadmill and massage chair were a huge plus! 2 big smart TVs. Very comfortable bed and a big tub to soak on a cold day. It feels more like a home than just a fix up furnished apartment. There is a small dog but she was cute and never bothered me downstairs too much. This was probably my favorite place to stay! Dont look any further!

A Home Away From Home ??

If your looking for friendly, warm host then this is your place! V and her roommate D are amazing people. I was included in everything in the household although I was not expected to participate. I had the entire 1800 sq. feet downstairs to myself with a private bathroom suite attached to my bedroom and a huge living room area to call my own. Everything was provided for me to just come in, hang my clothes and lay my head down on a pillow. Very close to hospitals and on the snow route. The hosts were very helpful with everything that I needed. I consider both of them true friends now and what a blessing that is! I definitely recommend staying here. Very clean! Spacious! Everything you need to exist independently downstairs. Shared entries but they are not intrusive. Best part of my stay was the garden bath tub. After long shifts I needed it! Black out curtains if you're on the night shift like I was. The only negative thing, if you call it that, I was always cold (What's a Texan doing in Fargo?!) so be sure to bring electric blanket if basement living is too chilly for you. Basement stays about 62-68 degrees but portable heaters were provided. My bedroom was ALWAYS warm and for that I was thankful! Thank you V and D! I can't thank you enough for a home that's actually a HOME in every sense of the word!
