Great option in Roseburg

Spent 6 weeks here for a student rotation in Roseburg. Great house in a quiet neighborhood, the interior is well maintained and clean. Big comfy beds and a huge TV with all the streaming services you need. The fireplace was a nice touch once the temp started to drop. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and great for walking my dog. The deck and yard are big and well maintained. My only disappointment was that the fence around the yard was not as secure as I would have hoped, with gaps in the gates and a temporary (but hefty) fence closing off the driveway. My dog has a tendency to chase squirrels/cats and would have easily gotten out however I think if you have a well behaved or calm dog the fence would be more than enough and they would have plenty of fun romping in the yard. Otherwise I 100% recommend this property and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating throughout our stay!

Great accommodations

This us a great place. A couple of blocks from a coffee shop, 1.3 mile walk from the hospital, 1.6 miles from a great indoor tennis facility, aboutc10 miles from 30 wineries! Backyard with deck, quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, and my cat loved chasing birds and playing with the other neighborhood cats. It has a nice sized kitchen, garage and a carport, landscaper that keeps the yard nice, and sidewalks to walk all over Roseburg. This is a great opportunity for travel Healthcare professionals to sit back and relax while not being too far from work. I enjoyed staying there. Even had snow on Christmas day!
