Large 3 bedroom Mediterranean Revival house near Waterway

Historic property and lovely owner

This historic 3 bedroom home was built in 1925. The pool area has lots of chairs, umbrellas, etc. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need such as a television in the living room w/ access to Netflix, etc., good wi-fi and a kitchen that has a huge variety of cooking implements and brand new large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The location of the house is amazing & is in the very safe, history neighborhood of Belair. Flagler drive is nearby with a lovely walk north or south along the intracoastal highway. There is a shared laundry room behind the house ($1.25 to wash and free drying). The owner, B, is amazing and very responsive and quick to fix any issues. We would have stayed even longer but the air conditioning is not effective in the hottest summer months. This is an ideal place to stay between October-March. If you want modern furnishings look elsewhere but this house has real charm.
