East Nashville Stay

Wonderful property! The owner is very hands on and available for anything you need! It is close to most of the metropolitan hospital and traffic from this location is very manageable! I loved the location, it was close to downtown and a lot of cute east Nashville bars/ restaurants!

Litton Ave

Litton Avenue was our first stay in Nashville for our travel assignment as well as extension assignment. R , the owner of the property, was generous during our stay. The property itself had been updated and quite welcoming as well as functional. The only thing I wish was that the washer and dryer had been updated and I had to do some extra cleaning to it before use. Other than that, they got the job done. The microwave completely shut down and R didnt hesitate to send us money to replace it, which he received an A+ from me. Parking was a little delicate due to how the gravel was placed but parking was allowed on the grass as well. Overall, there was no problem with communication and everything worked out well during our stay.
