Hidden gem

This unit is a true hidden gem. Starting with the neighborhood, there are a number of great neighborhoods that one can stay in Honolulu, but the Punchbowl district is often overlooked because it doesnt have the same restaurant/retail conveniences and fun activities within spitting distance. However, what seems like a minus is also a plus - its away from all the touristy congestion, close to H1 freeway, and close to all the hospitals with a minimal drive to all the great neighborhoods. Very centrally located to everything. The condo itself is spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and has everything you need when you arrive. Theres also AC which cannot be said of all apartments/condos in Honolulu. Most importantly, the property manager Andrew is attentive, responsive, proactive and a great communicator. He knows how to take care of business if issues arise. One can only hope all property managers were like him. Wish I didnt have to leave this great place!

Amazing!

This condo is a dream. We had an amazing time staying here as I worked at Queens. It's modern and close to everything. The owner and his assistant are the nicest folks you can meet and helped us greatly getting acclimated. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and we plan to stay here during our return!
