Clean, Safe, Comfortable Home

My husband and I were planning to stay for five months, and extended to eight months. The unit is clean, comfortable, and it immediately felt like home. Loved the fireplace, the insta-hot water, and the happy birds chirping outside. Laura is a fantastic host, communicates great, and was super responsive any time we needed anything. Her place is walking distance to Starbucks and the Interurban Trail, close to the Aurora Village Transit Center, and on a dead end street that felt so very safe. We would absolutely rent from Laura again!

Very fulfilling stay

I stayed with Laura for approximately six months. Right away I could tell she was a kind, personable, and understanding person. As a dog lover, it was a bonus being able to spend time with her sweet pets. The space was very comfortable and well equipped, and she went above and beyond for anything that could further be requested. It was a dream to cook in the kitchen and share meals, and being in the garden is a quiet and peaceful escape. The house is well situated--close to the freeway, stores, restaurants, nature, and the interurban trail, which I used to bike to work. In moving in with a wonderful landlord who has such bright infectious kindness and spirit, it is hard not to leave with a dear friend. I cherish the time I spent here and would very easily recommend it to others.

Amazing Garden and wonderful host!!!

I stayed with Laura for three months while on a travel contract and it was amazing. She is very good at communicating. Her house is very clean and she has the most amazing garden ever!!!! She is kind and respectful. As long as you communicate your needs and concerns with her everything will go smoothly. I highly recommend.

Cozy, peaceful oasis

This delightful spot was the perfect, cozy place for our family of four + dog to land while selling our house. We were able to work from home easily and comfortably. We loved the cozy furnishings, including king-size beds. The unit was well stocked with any appliance or utensil we could have needed. Laura was a responsive, warm, and friendly landlord. Everything we needed was taken care of- which meant so much during a time of so much transition for our family.

This Was My Oasis!

I was originally planning to stay for 3 months and ended up staying for nearly 2 years! L is kind, warm, welcoming, respectful, responsive and accommodating. The space is so comfortable and cozy with everything you could possibly need. There are all of the comforts including king beds, blankets, pillows, fireplace, AC, a private courtyard, ample parking, every kitchen item, full refrigerator, full DW and washer dryer. The place is spotless and she welcomed my pup who loved lounging by the fireplace, and having free access to the courtyard with the pet door. The neighbors are friendly, the culdesac is quiet, freeway access is easy to get north or south and there is very easy access to Aurora which has every amenity possible. My favorite local nature getaway was Richmond Beach Park with great walking trails and stunning sunsets. I was sad to leave. This space has everything. Drop everything and run don't walk to get in on this space.

I stayed there 2 months, it was great, landlord Laura was also great!!!! Would give this place a ****4**** rating. Oh and the beds slept great, nice mattresses and nice big tv's!

This property is gorgeous, nice big tv's and nice king size beds, mattress slept great! Great neighborhood . and in town but to its self, would definatly stay again! Travel nurse here from Alabama

Prime location & an amazing host

This apartment was truly a home away from home! It has all the amenities you could ask for and is in the perfect location: close to public transport, major shopping centers, groceries stores, hospitals, the gym, you name it! It's also central to North Cascades, Mt Baker-Snoqualmie, Mt Rainier and the Olympic National park - so many amazing trails and hikes less than 2 hours away. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need (including spices and tupperware) and did I mention the off-street parking? The street is quiet, neighbors are friendly and L goes above and beyond as a host. She is the person that will lend you a cup of sugar (literally, I needed some and she was there!) and is just a quick call or text away. She was very respectful of our privacy/space and always made us feel welcome. 10/10, would stay again, sad to be moving on!

A home away from home :)

This easily became my home away from home while taking a contract in Everett. L's place is so cozy & has everything you'd need & more! Some of my favorite extras were the fireplace, W/D, king sized beds in both rooms, the private patio & so many towels! The location is a safe & quiet oasis outside of the city, but the city, surrounding areas & the light rail are very easily accessible. My roommate worked in Seattle & I worked in Everett so this was a perfect location for us. Mount Rainier, North Cascades & Olympic National Park are all ~ 2 hours away, & there's other areas to hike that are even closer. Edmonds is a super cute coastal town with great restaurants & the most beautiful sunsets just 10-15 minutes away. L was so kind, respectful & responsive (& even fed us dinner before which was amazing). I highly recommend this place & hope to come back at some point in the future :) Thank you L!!!!

Amazing!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for three months while working in Seattle. Everything was absolutely amazing! L was so accommodating, friendly and responsive! The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were comfy, and there is a TV in every room. There is a private courtyard in the back with a fire pit and a grill and plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and storing food! The place was extremely cozy, and it is located in a cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! I was working at harborview and my boyfriend was at providence in Everett. It was a happy middle ground for us even with the expected traffic in Seattle. I was so sad to be leaving the apartment because L really made it feel like a home!
